I guess one of the best marketing devices for the major parade or festival market is a very large sign which someone waves in the middle of the street to announce the goods or service one provides you. The SteakPit restaurant transforms itself every night into the home of the “Huge Ass Beer”. I certified their claim, and in fact was served one of their huge ass beers, which was very satisfying.
